Key Material Benefits
Ezeform is the only Rolyan splinting material with a high resistance to stretch and moderate conformability. This gives the clinician maximum control while stretching out the material while also needing less force during formation, helping them produce large and intricate splints.
Handling
Resistance to stretch: Maximum
Material does not stretch unless pushed or pulled in a direction and then held until cool. Unexpected patient movement will not cause the material to deform, and it will not stretch or deform when removed from splint bath.
Conformability: Moderate
Conforms to surface contours and detail when some force is applied. Moderate degree of drape.
Memory: Minimum
While it can be reheated and reshaped, the material will not return to its original shape.
Bonding: Uncoated
Create a permanent bond by pinching together heated surfaces.
