In addition, the cushion reduces sacral sitting and limits forward movement of the pelvis. Combined with a solid seat surface for stability, the cushion comfortably maintains 4″ of knee separation.

The foam cushion is covered in a fluid-proof, wipe-clean vinyl cover to protect against incontinence.
