The Prolapsed Lumbar Section is a model of the spine. This spine helps to show all of the parts that are in a spine such as the vertebrae, sacrum, spinal cord, and paired spinal nerves. This model also shoes a part where there is a branching cauda equina. This model can be used to teach athletic trainers about spine injuries or to inform patients who have a spinal injury.
