Simply microwave the gel pack according to its size and apply it to the affected area for up to 30 minutes of therapy which assists with rehabilitation and muscle recovery.

Cold Therapy Pack

The 2-in-1 Performa Gel Pack offers lasting cold therapy to the muscles. Great for use at home or in the clinic, the packs can be used to reduce swelling after athletic injuries and post-operation. The pack is filled with large gel beads that remain flexible even when frozen. This provides cooling relief to acute sprains and strains on all contours of the body, which is not achievable with stiff ice packs.
